More than 20 years using clear aligners in my clinical practice. Thousands of cases. I have watched clear aligners go from a curiosity to a standard of care, and I have followed my own patients long enough to know what holds and what relapses.
Early in my career, my focus was simple: being in clinic, treating patients, and learning from every case. Today, there is more information than ever. But information alone does not create confidence.
That matters, because what I teach is not theory I read last year. It is the distillation of more than 30 years of treating real patients, watching long term outcomes, making mistakes, and refining how I think about every case. The principles I share in MOCA come from cases I can still follow up on today.

I have already treated some cases. Do I start with MOCA 101 or 201?
Case count matters less than confidence. If you still hesitate on case selection, diagnosis, or planning your own setups, 101 will fill gaps that 201 assumes are closed. If you plan comfortably and want to handle harder movements, deep bites, open bites, distalization, and kids, 201 is your track. Not sure? Is this Invisalign only, or does it apply to other aligner systems?
The teaching is principles first: biomechanics, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Those do not change with the logo on the box. Many examples use Invisalign and the ClinCheck software because that is what most dentists work with, but the reasoning transfers to any clear aligner system you use in your practice.
How much time does it take, and what happens if I fall behind?
Everything is on demand and self paced, with 365 days of access from enrollment. There are no live deadlines to miss and no cohort leaving without you. Most dentists work through modules between patients or in the evening, one topic at a time, and return to specific lessons when a matching case shows up in the chair. That last part is where the real learning happens.
How do the CE credits work?
Each MOCA program carries 45 CE hours, and The CLEAR Institute is an AGD PACE approved provider. You earn the credits by completing the program on the learning platform. If you have a question about how the credits apply to your specific licensing requirements, ask Eva before enrolling and she will confirm the details for your situation.
Can I start with one course instead of the full program?
Yes. If one clinical topic is bothering you right now, start with the individual course that answers it. And if you join a MOCA program that includes that course within one month, we deduct the course price from your MOCA registration. You lose nothing by starting small.
What is your cancellation policy?
